We see and have experienced the gaps and challenges for women in the sport we love and, through our community, expertise, products,events and future offerings, it is our mission to find solutions to many of these problems.
We wish to grow, support and nurture women in martial arts, so that we see more of you on the mats, challenging yourself, embracing your strength, pursuing your dreams and inspiring yourself.

The Facts

POPULATION
Of the 1.2% of the population that participate in Martial Arts, women surprisingly make up 55% of these numbers. However, our health needs, equipment requirements and representation are still based off of men

HEALTH
It was only in the 1990's that medical journals started to research and recognize women's bodies and physiology as different to men.
Most fitness research and programming is only designed for men's physiology in mind.

REPRESENTATION
Only roughly 2% of sports news covers women in sports. The first ever women's boxing main card was only in 2022. Women only make up roughly 20% of competitors across the martial arts community
